If after receiving the order you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you have a period of 7 days to return it. You just have to take into account the following:
– It is essential that the product and its packaging are not altered. For safety and health reasons, products with an open security seal cannot be returned. – Unless the cause of the return is a defect in the product, the shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer.
– The products that appear indicated in the online store as PRODUCT ON REQUEST are not usually in stock and we have to expressly request them from the manufacturer, therefore, these products do not accept returns.
– All those products that have been opened and put into operation CANNOT BE RETURNED.
How to make a return in TKplus Dental?
To start the process, you have to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the products you want to return, and the reasons, along with a photo showing the condition of the product. After analyzing it, we will contact you to send you the sticker for shipping and to finalize the collection.
1. Inform TKplus of your return
Fill out the return form, which you can find here. It is important that it is filled in correctly and the type of return is chosen. Submit form through our help center. You will receive a response from the TKplus team with all the instructions, please do not continue with the return without receiving a response.
2. Print the prepaid shipping label
Once we have received your return form (step 1). We will generate the shipping label (prepaid). You will receive it in the email from which you wrote to us, later you will have to print it and paste it outside the box to be returned.
3. Prepare the package for return
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging and label and in the same or a similar box that fits the product. Include the correctly filled return form inside the package. On the outside of the box, paste the transport label that will arrive in your email (step 2).
4. Collection and Shipping
We can send the agency to pick it up as long as you are available at that address, or if you prefer, you can also deliver your package to a post office when it suits you best.
The order is already prepaid by TKplus, so you will not have to pay anything at the post office. The return cost is €5 for Spain (€25 for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla), this amount will be deducted from the items you are going to return.
– You must protect the product adequately for shipment. TKplus will not be responsible for those returns that arrive damaged at our warehouses due to not having been properly packed for shipment. We recommend that you put the products in a box that serves as protective packaging to prevent the product or its box from being damaged during transport. You can use the same cardboard box in which we sent it to you or an equivalent one.

As soon as we receive the product and the warehouse confirms that everything is correct, we will pay you the amount with the same payment method that you used when placing the order. This process can take about a week.
